Sous Chef (Live in Available)
Location: outskirts of Exeter
Hours: Full-time/permanent
Salary: £23,000.00 to £26,010.00 /year

Our well established client has 3 eating venues that are all served by the one busy kitchen. The Café is the main hub and is open every day. There is function room and entertainment area and a traditional pub. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and are renowned for sourcing & preparing local produce.

All food is prepared from scratch (with the exception of fries and bread) they even process beef direct from a local farmer to make our own burgers and they utilise every joint of meat. They also have a range of home-made cakes

The team is currently a brigade of up to 6 Chefs, with differing abilities and interests, with a diverse menu there is plenty to keep people interested. Will you be the next one?

Full-time permanent contract, your working hours will be 40 hours over 5 days to include weekends. Salary will depend upon experience.
