Are you a Chef De Partie?
Do you want to work in a Characterful Country Inn which is home to fine Food and Wine?
Do you want a salary of up to £22,500 per annum plus TRONC?
Then we have the perfect job for you!

This opportunity is within an established local Country Inn which offers exceptional food and fine wine for the discerning diner and is nestled in the picturesque Surrey Hills. This spacious bar and restaurant offers a variety of menus using locally sourced ingredients which change seasonally.
They are looking for a stand out individual whose skills can add to the companys great reputation. If you have:

  • Great cooking skills
  • A cool head
  • Experience with fresh produce
  • Solid work history
  • Able to work within a team

And are able to:

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality
  • Manage and train any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Help the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensure you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

There is the option of Live-in if required.
