Sous Chef

I have this great opportunity for a Sous chef to help run the kitchen at this beautiful village gastro pub, they are a fresh food pub that serves great quality British food using the best local ingredients. They have wood burning ovens and josper grills and cook some real sensational dishes.

They are looking for a vice captain to help lead the brigade and help maintain standards and manage this aspiring team. This pub is part of a growing pub group that are constantly looking for new talent, they promote from within and really look after their staff.

They are offering a competitive salary of between £23,000 & £25,000 plus tips & live-in

This opportunity requires:

  • A strong Junior sous looking for next move
  • Previous experience at snr CDP or J.Sous chef level
  • Strong fresh food background
  • A real team player
  • Able to manage and motivate a team
  • Someone looking for longevity
  • Someone who is very organised
